Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 14 – 0 days until trip – No refund
- 21 – 15 days until trip – 50% refund of ticket price
- 22 days or more – Full refund

Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed seats on all trips. Reservations help us determine the number of tickets we need to book for the attractions and the pre orders for the lunch if this is being offered
