All the coaches that we use on our trips are modern with full A/C with the majority having toilet facilities. If a coach does not have a toilet facility we will schedule a comfort break

Generally we take a group size of between 25 to 50 persons. We tend to average around 40 persons.

Yes, on booking we will issue you with a seat number. This will correspond to your seat on the coach that you will have for the duration of the journey.

All the information regarding what is included with a trip is found on the trip details page. Coach travel is always included. We generally include an attraction also with a meal option sometimes.

Once you book your trip you will automatically receive a booking email. This will be your receipt for the trip. Please either print this off or have it ready on your mobile to show the coach driver. The driver will also have a list of your names for each pickup point.

Yes, if we do not get enough interest in the trip then we will cancel it. This is like any coach tour company. We always require at least 25 persons to run a trip. It is very rare that we do not get enough interest and have to cancel a trip. If a trip is cancelled we will send back a full refund to your account on the date we cancelled the trip. We will give you at least 7 days notice before the trip date of cancellation.

Payment

No, we do not charge any extra fees or surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay and includes everything stated in the trip details.

We understand that you may not have a printer handy so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, we require that you present your name(s) to the representative on the day.

To make a payment is simple, find a trip that you would like to book. Make sure the date is right, click the Book Now button which will take you through to the booking page. Fill your details out, make the payment and then you will be booked on that trip.

Yes totally! We use both Paypal and Stripe to process your payments. These are leading world payment processors that use leading technology to keep your financial details safe. We never store any of your card details on your website.

Preparation

Wear whatever is comfortable. It is recommended that you dress appropriately for the weather and season.

We do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season and a day pack to carry extra snacks and water.

Reservation

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 14 – 0 days until trip – No refund
  • 21 – 15 days until trip – 50% refund of ticket price
  • 22 days or more – Full refund

Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed seats on all trips. Reservations help us determine the number of tickets we need to book for the attractions and the pre orders for the lunch if this is being offered
