1) Definitions

In these conditions of Booking, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ are references to Golden Day Tours and ‘you’ and ‘your’ are references to the person booking the trip with us.

2) Behavior

We are here to provide you with a great trip. In the event that you or a member of your party were to subject abuse to any member of staff then we have the right to remove you from the trip.

3) Circumstances beyond our control

We regret that there may be unusual circumstances in which we have to make alterations to the itinerary of the trip. Please note that this is very rare and in this event we will notify you accordingly.

4) Alcohol

Whilst a sensible consumption of alcohol may be permitted on the coach this is under the discretion of the driver. If he/ she asks for this to be ceased then please accept his/ her ruling.

5) Delays

We will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as delays. We plan our itineraries in good faith and traffic/ breakdowns can occur which can change the itineraries proposed itinerary timings. We will make every effort to keep to the timings listed on our website.

6) Our obligations to you

In the rare event that we cannot carry out a trip we will look to transfer you to a new date.

7) Refunds and Cancellations

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 14 – 0 days until trip – No refund
  • 21 – 15 days until trip – 50% refund of ticket price
  • 22 days or more – Full refund

8) Our right to cancel

If in the event we cannot hit our minimum numbers for a trip to operate then we will have the right to cancel and will provide a full refund to you.

9) Pricing and Delivery Policy

You will receive the trip that you have booked for the date selected unless as mentioned previously there is a circumstance beyond our control. We will require a full payment to be made at the time of your booking
